This is Sparta!!

Well, not Sparta per se, but very close. I did close to the 300 workout this morning.

25 pullups
50 squats (145 lbs)
50 pushups
50 20″ box jumps
“50” floor wipers
50 one arm clean and jerk (40 lbs)
25 pullups

I wasn’t comfortable with the wipers, so I switched to leg raises halfway though. The final 10 or 15 pullups were mostly just jumping.
