I know it’s been a while since I rapped at ya..

I forgot to record some workouts this week. Wednesday I did the DI workout, which involved Tire Flipping, jumping, pushups, and sprints. Yesterday I did some squats, front squats.

Today I did Daniel lite.

50 pullups
run 400 m
21 40lb dumbell thrusters
run 800 m
21 40lb dumbell thrusters
run 400 m
30 pullups
