Modified slightly. I can’t put 135 on a bar so I did 145. I realized that I wasn’t going to get full squat cleans with good form halfway through the first set so I switched to hang power cleans. The next two sets I did power cleans from the floor. Dips are supposed to be on rings, and scaled if you do them on bars, but I didn’t feel like it today.
