WOD’s and Weight

I did a community crossfit last night, and modified fight gone bad this morning. Last night there was some running, bear crawls, reverse bear crawls, backwards running, sideways running, burpees, and a few pullups. FGB was 1 min of 10 lb ball throwdown, Sumo deadlift highpull (SDHP) 95 lbs, two step jumps, 95 lb push press, and jump rope for three rounds, followed by chasing my bad dog around the neighborhood for 15 minutes after he went nuts chasing another (well behaved) dog.

I weighed in at 243 lbs yesterday. That is a six lb increase over the previous week, so I’m going to avoid doing any linear extrapolations to the end of the summer. I blame the high weight on reverse dehydration.
