Deadlift, Clean, Press, Repeat

That was this mornings workout. Repeated five times, it took 22:48. I started with 155 lbs, and dropped to 145 after the third set of cleans. I thought that getting it done in 15:00 might be possible, but the first round took 3:00, and it only got harder after that. It was a good workout. 12 reps DL, 9 reps Clean, 6 push-press/push-jerk
