Workout of the day

I started doing crossfit style workouts in May. Before that I did two cycles of P90x, and prior to that I worked out randomly since about fifth grade.  Today I did Cindy, 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats, repeated for twenty minutes. I made 15 rounds. Then I mowed the lawn with my 1940’s style push mower.  I’m tired.
